Essential Experience/ Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years of progressive retail experience in a leadership role

• Identify performance targets for Beauty Advisors, including sales targets, consultation targets, average transaction value targets, special event appointments, etc. Review and monitor achievement to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Consulting with customers and assessing their personal needs in order to provide beauty/cosmetic advice and guidance, including product demonstrations;
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of trends, new products, advancements, etc., by attending Sears and vendor-sponsored training programs; and
• Organizing and implementing special event plans.
Success in this role calls for good customer service and selling skills, as well as skills in motivating and managing the activities of others . The ideal job candidate will have completed a one-year Apprenticeship program (or equivalent) in Cosmetology or Esthetics. Other qualifications for this job include:
• Knowledge of cosmetics, makeovers, esthetics, etc.
