Accessibility 

There are currently no known service disruptions to our elevators or escalators.

Georgian Mall is committed to excellence in serving all customers, including people with disabilities, based on the principles of dignity, independence, inclusion, integration, responsiveness and equality of opportunity.  Accessibility features available for use while visiting Georgian Mall include:

Mall Entrances
Easily identified as entrances #1, #2, #3, #4, #5.

• Entrance #1 – lower level access, at the front of the shopping centre, beside the Second Cup.
• Entrance #2 – lower level access, located at the rear of the shopping centre, by the water tower.
• Entrance #3 – upper level access, located next to the Gap / Gap Kids.
• Entrance #4 – upper level access, located next to the BMO.
• Entrance #5 – upper level access, located at the rear of the shopping centre by Homesense.

*Full wheelchair access at all mall entrances.

Public Elevator
Located on the lower level off the food court, left of the food vendor Thai Express and the upper level elevator is located across from the Gap, accessible through entrance #3, entrance #4 and entrance #5.

Escalators
Located by the food court, providing access to the upper and lower levels of the mall.

Ramps
Due to elevation changes on the upper level, ramps are available for wheelchairs, walkers or strollers, located beside the stairs.

Washrooms
Several locations for your convenience, located on the lower level by the food court, by the Sears wing between Laura Plus and Stars Men's Shop.  The Family washroom is located by Footlocker on the lower level of the shopping centre and includes a separate area for washroom facilities, one for adults and one for children.  It also includes a baby change area / hand wash station.

Nursing Room
The Nursing Room is located inside the Women's Main Washroom just off the food court.  Nursing Room features, baby change area, nursing chairs, sink, play area for small children and microwave.

Food Court
Our food court area is equipped with 4 tables which are designed specifically for wheelchairs and walkers.

Available at the Guest Service Centre located on the upper level next to the Bay.

Parking
The Georgian Mall shopping centre has ample parking around the perimeter of the building.  There are 28 wheelchair parking spaces as well as parents with tots parking spaces available which are close to the entrances of the mall.
