At Georgian Mall.....we know that GIVING GROWS.
In 2009, Georgian Mall welcomed over 40 local Community Groups who raised over $66,000 through their various fund raising activities taking place at the Community Booth.
Georgian Mall retailers and shoppers assisted in raising over $275,000 through cash, in kind and sponsorship donations in 2009!

The Radio for Radiology Radiothon held May 26 & 27 at Georgian Mall raised over $45 000! The R4R Radiothon is part of the $500 000 goal set by KICX FM and The Dock radio to raise money to purchase an interventional radiology machine for the RVH Cancer Care Centre.

Georgian Mall is committed to helping students achieve their dreams and foster responsible citizens. One successful applicant was chosen from two sponsored schools and will be awarded a $1,000 bursary to go towards their tuition at a post secondary institution.

Corporate Park Clean Up Challenge
The Team at Georgian Mall and volunteers from The Body Shop & The Gap responded to the Park Clean Up challenge and joined forces to clean the green space kitty corner to the mall at Bayfield and Livingstone St. on Friday, April 23. Over 30 bags of garbage were collected!

Gift Wrapping and Coat Check proceeds 2009
Georgian Mall is pleased to announce that a total of $2,389 was collected and forwarded to the Gilda's Club of Simcoe Muskoka for 2009. This money was raised through the use of the Georgia Mall gift wrapping and coat check services available at Guest Services.

Thanks to your generous spirit, over 1,700 toys were collected for Christmas Cheer from the Georgian Mall Santa Sack. Georgian Mall is also proud to donate $2,030 to Christmas Cheer in 2009!
Pet Photo With Santa 2009 raises $1,000
for OSPCA - Barrie Branch!
A cheque for $1,000 was presented to the OSPCA - Barrie Branch on behalf of Santa and the Georgian Mall as a result of two very successful Pet Photo with Santa days at Georgian Mall November 15th and 22nd.
In total, over 150 animals came to visit Santa and have their photo taken. Georgian Mall donated a portion of the sales to the OSPCA - Barrie chapter. 
Georgian Mall Radiothon in support of Gilda's Club of Simcoe Muskoka.
Georgian Mall, would like to thank radio partners Rock 95 & Kool FM for their support along with so many generous Georgian Mall customers and suppliers. Thanks to you, over $72,000 was raised during the Radiothon in support of Gilda's Club this past October at Georgian Mall.
